Who is responsible

Enquiries and follow-up

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, manage follow-up and arrange conversations. Required fields let us respond; a phone number is required only for a callback. An enquiry does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Information and providers

The form collects your name, email, business, service interests and optional project details. Callback requests also include the phone and preferences you provide. The setup uses Supabase for enquiry storage, Resend for notifications and Valle Digital’s shared inbox for replies. Vercel hosts the site and supplies optional measurement. Access to enquiries is limited to authorised people.

Lawful basis and retention

We rely on legitimate interests to respond to the business enquiries you send us and protect the site against abuse. We limit the information to what is needed for those purposes and do not use your enquiry for unsolicited marketing. Pre-contractual steps apply where you personally request steps towards a contract. Optional analytics relies on your consent. You can object to legitimate-interest processing by emailing info@valledigital.net.

We delete website enquiry records and related enquiry correspondence 12 months after our last contact with you. Records needed for an agreed client engagement or a legal obligation are handled separately for those purposes. Deleted information may remain in restricted provider backups until their normal expiry; security and delivery logs follow the providers’ retention schedules.

Our Supabase enquiry database is hosted in Ireland. Vercel, Resend and Google Workspace may also process information through international infrastructure, support teams and subprocessors, including outside the UK and European Economic Area. Where a restricted transfer occurs, the applicable provider terms use recognised safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses with the UK transfer addendum. Your rights and choices

Depending on applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, and object to legitimate-interest processing. Withdraw analytics consent through the footer preferences control.

You can complain to the ICO or the AEPD, as applicable.
